Wedding Planning Ideas

Now, it’s time to take care of other details regarding a wedding planned outside or right in your courtyard. As I said before, organizing your wedding outside especially in spring or summer time it’s a gorgeous wedding planning idea but catering for all the wedding planning ideas written by me, I’m sure you’ll have the best from your fresh wedding.

Music and dancing: whether you hire a band, an orchestra or a DJ, make sure you have a special place in a tent for instruments and singers. You’ll need speakers: either you get them, or more recommended, who will provide you the sound environment will bring all the apparatus you need. Remember that no matter what equipment they use you will need power! The tent will need to have a space for the dance floor.

Parking: in most residential neighborhoods, parking is a problem. Try to find a paid parking nearby and get a subscription for sure you know how many cars will come. If not, you can tour the neighborhood to see where free parking places are and guide your guests there.

Invitations: If you want all your wedding details to be related to location, you can create beautiful, original guests invitations, in which to include some elements that remind everyone that your wedding will take place in the courtyard. You can ask a company to make your invitations in the shape of the tent or house with fence and gates opening to read text inside. Invitations for a wedding in the yard should be less formal and happier with a design that include flowers, gargle, turtles and anything else that reminds you of nature.

And here I’ll offer you some pieces of advice for easing your wedding planning in the courtyard:

Because there are many details that you have to care about, you’d better hire a professional (wedding coordinator) if you can afford. If not, ask a good friend of yours to help you with wedding planning in courtyard, a person with organizational talent.

Prospective market is very important, especially in times of crisis we are going through. For any product or service that you want, request price offers from several companies and compare them before deciding.

In terms of power requirements for band / DJ, but also for lighting and air conditioning (if any) you might need to have generators. Ask an electrician from where you can take a generator and how to install it.

Make sure the yard where will devolve your wedding reception has no places without grass where mud can form.  It’s better to check the status of it or even to cover with turf, floors or wooden beams more difficult portions.

Make sure your guests will have access to bathrooms. It wouldn’t be wrong to place small signs to them.
