Wedding planning guide step by step

Wedding planning guide- four months before:
- Buy other necessary wedding accessories: wedding rings, shoes, wedding groom shoes, shirt, tie or lavaliere, jacket, underwear;
- Begin to wear dress shoes to accommodate the new shoes in time;
- Establish the program step by step with the church priest, please contact any choir or an orchestra to play your wedding day;
- Finalize guest list and consult as many offer wedding invitations as possible;
- Meet the DJ to put the details in terms of wedding music: your favorite music, choosing songs that will accompany your entry in the reception hall (if you don’t want to use the classic “Wedding Marches”), songs on which you will dance to or the song that will announce the wedding cake.

*With three months before:


- Order your wedding invitations or realize confirmation cards;
- Meet decorator to make out details;
- Buy decorative accessories: ribbons, gauze, tulle, materials, unless you used a decorator;
- See bids from laboratories of sweets, taste as many kinds of cakes and make an informed choice;
- Buy or order small gifts that you give to wedding guests as a token of gratitude (candles printed with your name, the candy bags, personalized mini-cakes, etc. ...)
– Go to a solar to give a little bit of color to your skin.

With two months before:
- Split confirmation invitations and cards;

- Book one day to sample the hairstyle and makeup beauty salon;
- Determine the details with the hair stylist and makeup artist: hair and makeup will be done at the  saloon or in your home (depending on availability);
- Make the last tries if the wedding dress or the groom suit is ordered from a fashion house or a tailor shop.

One month before the wedding:
- Meet with the photographer to set the last detail: the approximate number of pictures, any frame you like, etc. ... and determining the time for the wedding day;
- Schedule yourself at the registry and draw on  any official documents you need;
- Meet with the decorator to put in place last details;
- Fixe the wedding menu;



Three weeks before:


- Contact by telephone all guests who have not confirmed this, so you’ll know exactly the total number of guests;
- Find solutions for guests coming from afar: book hotel rooms and distributed them to relatives and friends, where possible;
- Settlement order cards to guests at meals;
- Give the list of guests to two relatives, one from behalf the groom and the other from behalf the bride that will serve as hosts, these hosts have to drive guests to their seats in the wedding hall.

Wedding planning guide with two weeks before:

- Important: Only now you can do the medical tests and exams because their validity is 10 days!
- Paint your hair at home or at the hairdresser for the last time before the wedding, to enhance color;
- Make a last trial makeup and hair-do with your stylists;
- Sample wedding dress, wedding shoes, etc. ...
