Tips for wedding reception planning

In your wedding day everything should be wonderful, to make you feel good and to fully enjoy this important step in your life, the day you made vows of eternal love. Everything has to be perfect for you and for your guests, because the wedding party is also for the joy of everyone dear to you. Wedding party organization is difficult to do and for guests to be happy and have good memories with the party they must be impressed even from the beginning, so you should pay special attention to receiving guests. Talking about wedding reception planning, you can receive guests in two versions: either you get first a the place and you welcome them there, sharing glasses of champagne, either you’re going to get at the restaurant after a great majority of guests already arrived so  you’re going to be the ones welcomed.

When the groom and bride first arrive at the local
A designated way is to be the first ones who go from the religious ceremony straight to the local and be prepared to welcome the guests.
It’s good that the chosen place should have a great hall before the festive room, spacious, well decorated, where you can be expected by those few guests that managed to make their way through the traffic faster than you. You’ll have to plan ahead with the band or DJ so they’re going to prepare a march for the moment of your arrival at the local, and also to make sure that the waiters are waiting with trays of glasses filled with champagne. Eventually you can prepare for you a special tray with glasses customized for groom and bride (or it may be prepared by the godparents as a gift brought the newly wedded).

You’re going to clink champagne glasses first time with the godfathers, then with the family, and then with the rest of the guests. From time, would also be nice to have a playlist prepared with ambient music, not very slow but not very cheerful either, so that the guests to feel the need for a dance. This music should be listened for about an hour, during which the guests will be served with appetizers giving time for all the guests who arrive delayed.  Later, the DJ (or band) will announce the “Bridal dance”, and after this time will start the guests entertainment.

Wedding reception planning when the bride and groom arrive after the guests
This situation is very suitable for wedding parties that do not occur immediately after the religious wedding but at greater intervals of time. So that the bride and groom can reach the local after arriving guests. Ideally, you should talk to the ladies and groomsmen and the waiters take care of the guests. Such input will be served for example with a custom drink in warm colors (pink) for women and cold (blue for example) for men. Groomsmen and bridesmaids will lead them to their seats.

You will also need to establish before the band or DJ a number of songs to keep the atmosphere up to your arrival. It would be advisable that till you can make the appearance, the guests will be served with aperitifs.
Your arrival at the place will be canceled, so that you may enter on the rhythm of a nuptial march or a song chosen by you especially for this moment. Your arrival will be announced in local, so you join a march rhythm nuptial or a particular song of your choice in this respect.
