“The Wedding Planner” movie is a romantic comedy broadcasted for the first time in 2001. Starring the famous singer and actress Jennifer Lopez and the great actor Matthew McConaughey , “The Wedding Planner” presents the romantic love story between Mary Fiore, a wedding planner and Steve Edison, a successful doctor. After being saved from a car accident, the two characters spend an amazing evening together doing all sorts of romantic things. But back at her job, Mary discovers that Steve was engaged to Fran, one of her dearest clients, and every love scenario she has built, starts falling apart.

Eventually Mary decides to plan their wedding, and while she was shopping for flowers with Steve, they run into Mary’s ex fiancé and his girlfriend. This meeting saddens Mary and after having too much to drink, she starts obsessing over her previous break-up. Steve is there for her and he declares his true love for her, but she is too honest to deceive Fran this way. After this experience, Mary meets her childhood friend, Massimo with who she decides to get married. Realizing that their feelings are too strong to be fought, the two lovers reunite and admit their true love for one another.
