Planning An Outside Wedding
The wedding of your dreams has to be in a special location. However, choosing this location depends on every person’s desire. One can decide to get married in a church, a luxurious villa or can focus on
planning an outside wedding in a garden, on a beach or in the woods. For those who decide to plan their wedding outside it is important to know that this is very romantic and beautiful, but requires a lot of time and hard work.
The first thing you want to consider when
planning an outside wedding is the weather. Is it going to be hot or cold? Windy or raining? As a bride, you have to decide the manner in which your wedding is going to evolve so that you don’t have any problems during it. If the weather is very hot, make sure that your guests are comfortable and have ice-cold bottles of water, fans and lots of sunscreen especially on the hands. If you have a big location, rent some electric fans or a generator and it is absolutely vital to have a tent or umbrellas where the guests can hide from the persistent sun.

If you have to deal with a windy weather, try to avoid dresses made of light fabrics like chiffon or china silks and tell your hairstylist what your plans are. He will know what to do in these kinds of situations. However be prepared to have a back up plan ( a nice decorated indoor location where you can move the ceremony in case the weather gets too “picky”). Another idea is to have the wedding ceremony outside and the wedding reception inside. Consider it would be better for your guests. Whether it will be hot and you’ll need an air conditioner or it will be cold and you will need a heater, an inside location is always appropriate.

Also, consider that planning an outside wedding is advantageous because you won’t have to worry too much about decorating. The nature itself represents a wonderful setting but if you want to add some flower arrangements or balloons, you are free to do it. It is your wedding, so you can plan it as your heart desires. And if you want your guests to feel one hundred per cent comfortable, serve them some adequate food. Avoid mayonnaise salad or other dishes that must be served cold. And if we are talking about this industry, you should also be prepared to provide cold drinks (tea, lemonade, punch etc) and not alcohol, because alcohol is dehydrating and you wouldn’t want your guests to faint.
And last, don’t forget to contact your local government or city parks department to obtain the permission for an outdoor wedding. There are certain rules that you need to follow when planning an outside wedding like taking the trash, candle lightning, photography etc.
If you take care of these elements you can be sure that you will have a beautiful outside wedding and people will be talking about it in the years to come.

An outdoor wedding can be great of you have chosen the proper location for the wedding and if you are aware of all the important aspects and details that need to be considered before actually starting to plan a wedding of this kind. I agree that the weather is a very important factor when it comes to planning an outdoor wedding and the worse part is that you can never be certain of how the weather will be like on your wedding day so you must always make sure to plan everything so that nothing might go wrong that day…you must organize everything months before the wedding, you must choose proper clothing and make sure that the guests will have a good time that day
