Planning A Backyard Wedding




To decorate a space perfectly for an outdoor wedding comes with its own challenges. Regular or formal, the general theme should be complete. When the weather starts to heat up, some couples give up on traditional church and party wedding in favor of an outdoor ceremony. This option is very popular between non-conformist couples, couples who prefer a secular ceremony, or for those that have a special outdoor location for them. Many places for weddings, which before did not provide space for outdoor party; have refurbished landscape to meet the growing demand for outdoor weddings. Other popular locations for outdoor weddings include parks in a city or county, local public gardens and zoos or seclusion house of a family member or friend.




-Choosing a theme for an outdoor wedding: Before making any decisions about invitations, drinks or food, it is realistic to take a look at location and decide the theme or color scheme of the wedding. Coordinating weddings and receptions, even those carried out in the garden behind the house, must be conceived and well organized.

Themes for outdoor weddings need not be sophisticated or formal, but must be complete. Gardens and yards are well suited to weddings or floral themes inspired by nature, such as colors of autumn or spring pastels.

When you choose a theme for an outdoor wedding are a few things you need to consider. Here are the most important things you should cater for when planning a backyard wedding.

• What color palettes occur naturally inside the court?
• Where do you imagine that the ceremony will take place, and whether the site could accommodate all the guests at the wedding?
• Are there tufts of grass or weed the garden to be trimmed before the wedding?
• What time of year will the wedding take place and what flowers are in season at that time?
• Do you need to plant something before, such as flowering bulbs that need a period of accommodation to the ground before the wedding?

-Planning a backyard wedding:
Once you have found the answers to the questions, you can start planning your wedding in the open air. Although, the ideal situation is to get a beautiful weather, should nevertheless have a backup plan in case of rain or other inclement weather. In the planning stages, you must make sure that all wedding logistics were discussed. Besides meeting with the florist, you have to think on these things and outdoor wedding planning:
• Will seats be rented both for the ceremony and for the party?
• Would renting a tent provide enough space for the wedding party, in case it rains or other inclement weather?
• Will renting a sound system allow wedding guests to hear over the natural sounds of nature?
• What are the options to create a focal point for wedding ceremony? A garden or a gazebo spring would be a suitable option for an outdoor wedding.
• At what time of the day will the wedding ceremony take place? If it is evening and dark outside, you will need to rent a light system.
• What facilities exist for the guest’s bathroom? Will I need to rent a portable toilet?
• When you look at the logistics for an outdoor wedding, it will be useful to analyze the location of a guest perspective. Can be reached safely to that location? It will be too cold for an outdoor wedding?

If the heat is too high, will a canopy help people t stay cool? Thus, you can eliminate some problems that may occur on your wedding day.
