The wedding is a very important moment that requires attention and imagination. Lovers often want to handle the organization of their actual wedding. And that means besides the full involvement until the smallest details, also a stress that it’s totally unwanted especially if the grooms-to-be don’t have concrete plan of activity. It is important that in addition to personal preferences related to wedding planning to take into account the customs and traditions specific to your country.




To ease your work in organizing your wedding, I’d like to share with you my list for wedding planning.
-14 to 18 months before the wedding:

Schedule a family meeting and announce your engagement. Try to inform as much from books, magazines and internet and note the links seem to be important to have as many options in the future.

Join the wedding fairs, contact specialist firms and analyze all bids and facilities.

-12 to 14 months before the wedding: Set wedding date taking into account the religious calendar. If you have an idea how you’d like to show your wedding, determine which will be the budget for the wedding and also analyze the credit opportunities (from cognates or from a bank).

Consider the number of people present, if you want a wedding in a narrower or with more guests, outdoors, home or premises. Usually local wedding is the biggest problem in organizing the ceremony (you choose the criteria hall budget / style / address), local costs estimated at approximately 60% of total expenditures for the wedding.

If you want and you can afford, hire a firm that handles event planning.If the wedding will take place outdoors, hire a caterer. Do not forget to rent and necessary accessories like: chairs, tents, tablecloths, that if they are not provided by caterer.

Attend to the details of decorating the premises. Hire a specialized firm or contact a florist and ask to show you more samples of floral arrangements. Make reservations at monastery or church where you want to contact the crown and the priest to see whether and in what time frame is available. Contact a photographer and a cameraman and check several portfolios, and their availability.

Also contact a car rental company if you need. If you want a show or have special preference for a particular presenter, DJ, singer or band, check the presenters and the musicians that would be available for the scheduled date.

These are just the first steps in planning your wedding. As I said many times, it’s ideal to start planning your wedding in functionally time otherwise it’s very possible that nothing goes fine undue stress.
