List For Wedding Planning

All brides-to-be are surely very interested about the tasks they must accomplish in order to enjoy a special day without having neither a small problem. Because the wedding day it’s the most important day in life of every woman, you must have the best from it, you must feel unique, special and precious, that’s the reason for why you must take care about all wedding’s problems in time. As earlier you solve all the problems as better it will be. Also, you’ll have some time to relax your spirit, to calm your soul and why not, to delight your senses with relaxing massages or just a simple calming walk in nature.

I know that all grooms-to-be are at current with all they must organize but still, I’d like to remind you all the tasks you must fulfill before the big day. Maybe you’ll find some of my tasks more important than others or you even didn’t think about them. Read my list for wedding planning and see what you didn’t think about and then, get to work!

1. The first task in my list for wedding planning is to inform yourself thoroughly about all the tasks that need to do before the wedding, then create the list before deciding which of them deserves to be tired travelers and for which it is better to seek professional help (family, friends, agencies etc.). Do not forget that today, event agencies are a much cheaper alternative and more elegant than you can imagine!

2. Don’t organize and don’t sign anything until you have decided the number of people invited at your wedding and the overall style of wedding (traditional and unconventional, retro, disco, vintage, etc.). This requires consulting parents, because they own guests, and their long list might surprise you.

3. To establish a number of guests closer to reality, do the following: move all the names of those whom you wish to call on a list, and their right to write one, two and three after the “one” who will come for sure, “2 “who most likely will come and” 3 “who most likely will not come. Ask your parents to do the same with their guests. The number of guests probably is computed using the formula: (No. guests of “1″ x 80%) + (No. guests type “2″ x 60%) + (No. guests type “3″ x 20%).

4. To choose a suitable restaurant, remember that caterers tend to exaggerate a bit the number of people up, so do not rely only on 80% of number of maximum people said by them.
5. Don’t schedule the civil ceremony on another day than the religion if you have guests / relatives in another city that would be extremely tedious and quite difficult for them to stay.
