Germany Wedding Planner

Getting married in Germany can be a very interesting and scene change for those who are up to something a little more different and adventurous. But you have no idea how many things you have to take care if you are planning a wedding in Germany. To avoid a big messy situation when starting organizing the whole thing you must really consult with a Germany wedding planner, he or she will tell you everything that has to be done for a Germany wedding day to take place.

There are lots of documents, certifications and security measurements that have to be taken cared of before you can even fly up to Germany and get married. The Germany wedding planners know that any couple that comes to Germany to spend their wedding day and maybe honeymoon needs to have all the paper work clean and done on time. Legal problems are some of the first things you have to consider before thinking of a Germany wedding destination. You have to prove that you are not yet involved in other marriage at the time you are getting married, or that you are very divorced and free of any other legal obligations.

The Germany wedding planners will provide you with all the necessary and needed information for you to start planning the wedding. If you are decided to plan a German wedding on your own and don’t hire a Germany wedding planner or maybe just consult with someone who knows all the foreign bureaucracy from Germany, you must first of all make a few calls: at the embassy first and then at the magistrate’s office to find out all the needed documentation for you to finally get married.

To help you a little with creating an overview of the things you need to bring with you to Germany we can tell you that you have to have the birth certificate with you, the passport and the stamp with the residence proof, a health certificate, and some sort of documents that attests that any previous marriages are permanently and legally ended.

If one of you is under eighteen years old, you have to bring a document with his or hers parents consents with the whole marriage thing. But who knows what many other documentation you must take care of! That is why you have to leave to Germany prepared with everything. But most of all, you have to be careful to get a translated additional documentation for every single paper you bring. You can write them down in Germany in the first place or you could bring translated variants.

For those who have already ended a marriage the bureaucracy is even harsher. It’s not enough to get a usual divorce decree or certificate form the British or American court. You have to go to the court that granted your divorce and ask for some additional document. This particular document has to contain a statement from the court that your divorce is real and incontestable.
