Do not let food be waiting too long by your guests, probably they will not be eating guests who know exactly what in your wedding day because they know they will eat at the wedding. If you starve them, they will become sensitive. Take care and serve the food in correct time. Consider your preferences, but remember that if you’re fan of exotic or rare foods, guests will not appreciate so much the food, if they cannot recognize what they have in their plates.
