Final step in wedding planning

Organizing wedding is an exhausting work. Even if you know which are all tasks which must be accomplished, though very important is planning all these tasks. Even  if you managed to solve most needs for the wedding, you have  booked the restaurant, you found the wedding dress, you bought wine, you  found photographers and cameramen, still there is a final step in wedding planning, because in the last week  you have to  put it all together. You are already exhausted and tired and now more than ever you need more energy to complete tasks. That’s why I thought to come in your help and tell you the final step in wedding planning and what tasks must be performed in the week before the wedding. Monday



-Ask for the latest confirmations for invitations that have not yet announced the presence or absence at the wedding.
Make sure you have all the required documents.
-Probe for wedding clothes, so if you change the size to have time to do the final touches. Send  command for wedding candles, wedding bouquet and floral  arrangements and determine the rest of transport and the exact date when  to be ready (after you have previously searched florist). Do  not forget to sign a contract that clearly establish the number of  threads of flowers, price, delivery person , date and time.
-Take the last sample (or first, depending on the situation) to hairdressers  and beauty as repainting strands to the root (first paint the wedding is  two weeks before the great day, because the most beautiful hair color  is obtained after this period time).

Tuesday
-After  you asked the latest confirmation of suspect guests, now you can  order the wedding cake.
-Talk to parents, relatives, grandparents and close friends and complete the seating at tables.
-Print the menus and place cards.
-Get the latest hair accessories for the groom and for your hair.
-Determine the persons who will deal with a single action on your wedding day. Specify them exactly what it is and the sequence preceding activities.

Wednesday
-Check  the wedding program with parents, godparents, groomsmen and bridesmaids,  and anyone else who have assigned responsibilities.
-Organize  a final meeting with the photographer, cameraman, DJ or band to review  the details of the wedding and possibly to discuss the latest changes.
-Buy candy for favors or other gifts, and packing materials.
-Confirm the final number of guests and make the restaurant’s last menu tasting. It would be good to meet at restaurant the person who’ll decorate the room. 
-Review  the details of the person who deals with the transport of wines and  responsible for transporting and arranging flowers in the local.
-Prepare a list of money and make clear the amount you must pay each supplier and the moment of payment.

Thursday
-You must buy champagne and cakes for civil marriage.
-Make-packing for the honeymoon in case you leave immediately after the wedding.
-Review the latest details from the church.
-Review the details of the wedding day transport.

Friday
-Take your manicure, pedicure, hair removal, massage, final touches of hair, skin care etc.
-Relax and avoid alcohol, coffee and heavy meals.
-Prepare an emergency kit for wedding day considering your makeup background colors.
-Go to sleep early and do before a relaxing bubble bath and aromatherapy.
