Examples Wedding Planners Thank You Notes To Clients
Even since we are little, we are taught to thank when we receive something. Thanking is a sign of appreciation and respect for the person you come in contact with because it proves that his or hers gesture is not meaningless or in vain. This is the reason why so many people nowadays choose to send a “thank you” note or something else that shows gratitude and satisfaction with the services they have received.
Throughout this article, I am going to talk a little about these and display some
examples of
“thank you” notes given by
wedding planners to their
clients. It may sound strange, but wedding planners too, have to send out these kinds of notes especially if they are at the beginning of their careers. Through this acts, you show that you care about your clients and you are happy he or she has chosen you, instead of any other company. Sending such a note is a nice surprise, because not many people expect to be thanked. Also this is a good way to show that you respect your client and appreciate him for taking the time to visit or contact you. Even if you don’t end up doing business together, he or she will remember your kindness and will recommend you to someone else.

Further on, I will present some tips that you should know before sending such a note. First of all, decide over the tone you are going to use. You don’t want to sound too formal or stiff but at the same time you don’t want to be considered disrespectful. Try something in between like: “Dear Dr. Price, /Thank you for seeing me yesterday. I appreciated the chance to discuss our new products with you. Your opinions are always helpful and interesting. I hope the latest services will fit your needs./It’s always a pleasure to see you!/ Best Regards…”
The second thing that could rise questions is how exactly to thank someone? That depends on how close you are with that person. You can send a simple email like in the example above or you can choose to be more personal by sending a nice card, a box of chocolates or even flowers. Of course that would be more expensive and demanding, but I recommend you only try this with some of the clients you had a stronger bond with.

I think that these examples of “thank you” notes given by wedding planners to their clients have different meanings. But regardless of their meaning, these “thank you” notes remain an interesting way of approaching people. Taking into consideration the world we are living in, I think that reminding ourselves from time to time that we are humans and we deserve to be treated with respect and dignity is more than welcomed. Because by offering something, people will understand that there are other ways than violence to resolve a problem and will learn to behave and to treat the others like they would like to be treated themselves. So remember: only you can make a change!
