Eight tips for outdoor wedding planning

You are thinking to celebrate your wedding day in a beautiful landscape of nature, or dance the first dance on a beach with fine sand and the sea near you? This kind of wedding is not just for celebrities, but can become reality also for you if you want something different. Sometimes, an outdoor wedding can be much more beautiful than an indoor wedding because nature helps us a lot with its amazing surreal landscapes. That’s the first step we must do in order to plan our wedding, to set what place is suitable for accomplishing our wedding dream: the beach, in the mountains, on a terrace, in vineyard, in backyard and so on. After deciding the place, you can fulfill all the other tasks.




Here are some tips that will help you in your own outdoor wedding planning.
1. You must have a background
Weather can not accurately be predicted nor controlled in any way. A serious rain can affect your wedding plans so long to think of another location, covered, for the wedding to take place in normal conditions. Ideally should be from the beginning of your outdoor wedding planning to rent a location that has a large opened terrace and a restaurant inside.
2. Choose carefully the months



Avoid the months when you know it’s the season of rains, spontaneous storms or months when you can fry an egg outside.
3. Use your natural surroundings of the location
Many places have terraces and beautiful flowers, small waterfalls, ponds or wood and stone decorations. These items can be wonderful places to take some artistic pictures.



4. Catch the  sunset
If you make your wedding in a natural setting is a shame to miss the sunset and not do some romantic pictures.
5. Suitable clothes
You must choose very carefully the dress not to sweat if you stay long time in the sun. Do not forget to buy  blazer or a pretty bolero for cooler evenings.
6. The guests comfort



For a hot day, you should provide your guests some comfort and layout the tables under umbrellas and also you can place some humidifiers. If the weather is quite cold, than opt for terrace with warm possibility.
7. Other items to rent
Outdoor weddings require a lot of other objects that will need to rent. Besides the tent you need tables, chairs, lights, cables, plates.
8. Approvals
An outdoor wedding requires approvals and permits. You have to talk to the mayor, the police for approvals related to location, parking, open fire (torches, candles and fireworks).
