Check List For Planning A Wedding

Beside the  short check list for planning a wedding, I’d like to share with you other important problem, this time relating with the civil marriage. All the future grooms know very well that they must prepare some documents for the civil marriage. I thought you don’t know all the documents you must prepare, that’s why in the following lines I’ll write every detail about civil documents, as part of my simple check list for planning a wedding.

So, you need the following documents for your civil marriage:

- Original birth certificate;

- Prenuptial medical certificates (valid 14 days from date of issue);

- Documents showing the previous divorce (if applicable);

- Death certificate of former spouse;

- Certificate or divorce;

- The certificate of birth or marriage marked by divorce;

- Approval of Mayor if the marriage ends outside the Town Hall;

-Grant of Mayor for marriage ended before the deadline of 10 days;

- Approval of County Council President and Mayor of your Capital in the event of impediments to marriage (age conditions, natural or adoptive family);

- Certification issued or authenticated by diplomatic or consular offices accredited in your country, where marriages between an origin and foreign citizens to the effect that the conditions of the fund, required by national law;

- A notary public statement on oath showing that the foreign national is not married and meet the basic conditions for its national law (if the State has no diplomatic mission in your country);

-The verbal process concluded with an interpreter that will end the ceremony of the marriage when those who get married don’t speak the same mother language or they are deaf blind; 
-Approval of the Minister of National Defense, the Interior Minister or the heads of state services specializing in defense and national security for active military marriage stateless citizens.

Warning! Some offices require the submission of documents to be present for both spouses. Ask to phone before, not to beat a dead road. Marriage requires the presence of two witnesses who will identify with their identity documents.

Once you have all these necessary documentation, you can schedule the day for the civil marriage. Usually, the civil marriage devolves in the same day with the religious ceremony followed by wedding reception. I know that it all sounds complicated and there are lots of tasks you must fulfill, but never forget that all your efforts are worthy. Despite all, your worked it’s made to emphasize the most important moment of your life. I know lots of brides-to-be who prefer to hire a event planner but I tell from the experience of some friends of mine that nothing compares with the feeling that you, on your own, achieved in creating a day as one from fairy tales and everybody has a brilliant impression and memory in their mind.
