As the wedding is the most important and special moment in the life of every person, as many tasks you must accomplish especially if you're forced to make a budget wedding planning. But I warn you, planning a wedding can cause you lots of headaches. For avoiding some problems and stress, first of all your must organize your wedding budget, to spread duties and responsibilities to your family members, friends and bridesmaids and also you must think very well on what result you’d like to achieve. You are dreaming on a beautiful sunny summer day or on a beautiful warm autumnal day! Although weddings can be in any season, experts say that these two seasons are favorites of those who get marry. The location you want, in this case, must be reserved at least 8-10 months before. This is the first step.



-The budget wedding planning is the most important element you should think about.  It is time to decide what kind of wedding you want and how many guests you’ll have. Do not delay these decisions, because virtually, all of them depend on organizing the event, from the allocated wedding budget and addressed to the kind of music. You can have a romantic wedding, modern or extravagant, according to specialists. Once you know the direction of the event, you will realize more easily what items you need for everything be perfect. Invitations should be notified of your intention at least two months. Ask them to confirm their participation two weeks before the wedding, to control the number of bouquets on tables and menus.



Now, you must set the allocated wedding budget for organizing the event. Theoretically, you can arrange a beautiful wedding with low budget wedding or what specialists call “cheap wedding planning”. Basically, for a wedding with style, some will still spend thousands of dollars. If you want to appeal to a specialized agency, empower yourself with patience and be prepared to negotiate for anything, no matter how small. Prices charged for such service by providers are always quite big, but is probably the only way to save time in your favor.



If, however, you want to get involved 100% in organizing the wedding, then you have lot of work to do. You have to plan during the days, weeks and months to be able to meet with people from different areas. Also, the phone bill will increase considerably. The more you browse several magazines, get informed from internet, reading wedding magazines, the quickly you’ll know what you have to do in order to fulfill all the tasks for cheap wedding planning.
