Today it is becoming more attractive a special style of wedding. So that’s what many couples opt for a medieval style wedding.
Details  should be carefully chosen so that the entire assembly and decoration  of your outfits to create an atmosphere of medieval times. Such a wedding party should be organized in a luxurious high local, possibly with chandeliers. But, in this article, I’d like to share with you all about wedding planning in Medieval style: mandatory tasks, ideas and tips.;Wedding Invitations: it is very important their presentation. Is indicated to choose a paper that has that old look and the edges are often irregular, gradient, or well marked. Writing it must imitate the hand, the first high point, which eclipses the rest of the letters. Instead of an envelope you can put a wax seal invitation  and possibly a tie with a ribbon.

You can make a custom engraving on which you apply the wax seal. The invitation’s text should be designed so as to inspire an address like in medieval times. The whole aspect of them will make your guests to think of key documents in medieval times.

Bridal dress: should have some details to remember that period whose atmosphere you want to bring now. So in those times, weren’t white dresses, but either gold or blue, because then the color of purity was considered to be blue. Dresses were also very tight to the bust and waist, bare and wide sleeves which were halfway down elbow. The sleeves could be a longer piece that fell to the dress. Could be attached a big collar, tall, which highlight the long neck and the beautiful cleavage. The dress must have a fine material, embroidered, and wide skirt with many flounces, and at the bottom to be thick. Bride’s  garter is also a very important element in medieval times because symbolizes the  fidelity and the unmarried women just waiting to come into its  possession after the bride throws back where they were (custom has been kept even today).

Hairstyle should be sophisticated, with pearls or flowers added. Also be carefully when you choose the accessories because they must match the bridal gown. Pearls, jewels, large bulky stones, gold, silver or those who imitate the platinum are accessories that would fit such a wedding theme.

Also very suitable are high pearl necklaces, consisting of several rows and covering only the neck, without lowering the chest. The  veil also must be one in the color of the dress and also with fine details,  embroidered with gold thread or the same color or adorned with pearls. The makeup mustn’t be very strong.Bouquet should be made of seasonal flowers, hemispherical shape or with flowers and ornamental plants chaotically arranged. The bouquet will be tied with a ribbon and will be made more nodes (which symbolizes joy and luck in life couple).

Groom’s outfit should not be outdone. In medieval times, the couple is usually dressed with the most sophisticated  clothes that could have different colors, most often they were black or  ivory. His coat was long above the knee up and adorned with fine embroidery in gold or silver thread.

Wedding rings: in  medieval times, there were two alternatives with the same symbol as that  of wedding rings: either make an exchange of rings (corresponding to  traditional wedding rings today) or they shared a coin, each of them  wearing at neck a half (this tradition was preserved until today and lovers tend to offer the half of a symbol,  often they share a heart). The idea of wedding rings was accepted  by couples so that nowadays only the  rings were left to attest the vows of eternal love of the two spouses. Wedding rings should be some flat or, the bride should have a  ring fine worked.

The couple’s transportation : The church but also at the party, it would be nice to travel in a carriage pulled by two horses, ideally white.
Receiving guests: they  will be received in the medieval atmosphere with glasses of rose champagne and receive for example,  instead place cards, a kind of coin  bound with ribbon. The glasses can imitate the cups, they can be either wooden or gold or silver metal.

Medieval style wedding decoration: The hall room where the party will be held must be a very high one, large, eventually with chandeliers and marble. Tables are arranged in parallel with the walls of medieval times, so that the center remains a place dedicated to dance. The couple must have a specially designed table, bigger and taller than the rest of the tables, the chairs must look like a throne. It would be nice that the first dance be a slow or Viennese waltz, possibly with a medieval style choreography adapted.

Tables  will be decorated with big  tall candles big with wrought iron  stand, with large bowls containing flower petals and other herbs or dried  fruit. Decorations will be more seasonal flowers. The rest should be carefully chosen and tastes very much depends on each couple. This is all about wedding planning in Medieval style and I hope now you have enough information to make your dream come true.
I wish you to have a wedding as you dreamed and a marriage full of happiness and spiritual fulfillment.
